WestTel’s Next Generation 9-1-1 solution provides PSAPs and ECCs with advanced management tools, operations support and reliable technology. Our VoIP-based PBX provides a fully functional Next Generation 9-1-1-compliant system. It includes a Computer Telephony Interface (CTI) and a full-function digital, touch screen telephone at each position allowing the user to interact with each or both during every call.

Our system supports Caller ID, Live IRR to all positions and immediate ALI availability prior to answering calls. Our state-of-the-art network architecture includes:

Spectrum 360° Support and Maintenance includes all amended NG9-1-1 regulations and standards, upgrades, as well as full hardware and software warranties for the duration of the agreement. The all-inclusive Spectrum 360° Support and Maintenance Program ensures hardware and software never reaches “end of life” and provides the following:

WestTel’s NG 9-1-1 will stand the test of time, we offer a “no product end-of-life” solution. All software is maintained and upgraded as needed. And all hardware, including phones/handsets and rack equipment is replaced as needed.

Our all-inclusive support services include 24x7x365 support personnel to analyze and resolve issues. We also provide real-time issue notifications sent to identified personnel and system rejuvenation with upgrades passed to system and workstations. We also implement new technology enhancements as needed as well as optimize system performance through continuous monitoring and upgrades.

24/7 WEB-BASED SOLUTIONS

MIS 2.0 also includes Performance Metrics (Answer Time) call statistic reports to satisfy national, state and local reporting requirements for 9-1-1 call answer time metrics.  All reports are NENA-compliant and exceed NENA recommendations and requirements for PSAP/ECC reporting of call metrics.

MIS 2.0 also include a Call Detail Record (CDR) with detailed information on individual calls through drill-down search results.

MIS

The WestTel NG9-1-1 MIS 2.0 is a web-based Management Information Systems (MIS) application that uses detailed call data from the WestTel NG9-1-1 system to display and analyze historical information. This includes ACD and Ring group call dat to generate a wide range of comprehensive statistical graphs and reports. The MIS 2.0 solution is available 24x7x365 via a browser interface.  PSAP/ECC Managers and Supervisors can access their secure MIS from any computer with internet access.

ADMIN PBX

As an optional component of the NG9-1-1 Solution, WestTel offers an Administrative PBX system to handle administrative-only phone lines. The system can include IVR and Voice-Mail capabilities.

PORTABLE POSITIONS

The WestTel Portable Position is a full WestTel Call Processing Equipment Position consisting of a Phone, Laptop and Networking Device. The Portable Position can be used outside of the 9-1-1 Emergency Call Center to process 9-1-1 and administrative calls.
